Qualmastery was founded in 2023, based on the concept to support small and medium sized companies with developing and maintaining their Management System. Our client base now covers a wide range of industries such as logistic, manufacturing, construction and laboratories to name a few. The company size of our clients ranges from below 20 employees to more than 1000.
With experienced consultants located throughout Malaysia, we are able to support clients in West and East Malaysia. Start from 2024 we started working with international clients and are now providing our services across the globe.
Our Solutions
We provide companies of all sizes with simple and effective management systems, to achieve 3rd party certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Our solutions include developing bespoke integrated management systems (IMS) based on individual client’s needs, to ensure the highest efficiency and continual improvement for every company.
In addition to the IMS development, then we provide ongoing maintenance support for our clients in terms of internal and supplier audits, as well as training as of when required.
